ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring

This award aims to equip managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role. This qualification is awarded through the Institute of Leadership & Management. It is a unique opportunity to become qualified in Coaching & Mentoring and become part of Kent’s Coaching Network that includes organisations such as:
  • Kent Fire & Rescue
  • Maidstone & Tonbridge NHS Trust
  • Shepway District Council
  • MCCH Society
  • Kent Police
  • Thanet Council
  • Skills South East
  • Maidstone District Council
  • Probation Service

    · FIVE full-day training sessions which cover the syllabus
    · Two supervision workshops for group discussion and individual supervision, giving vital support to each attendee on the coaching they’ve done; helping address any difficulties and helping hone skills.
    · Peer/buddy coaching activities designed to fit in between the formal training days
    · Assessment of your assignment and a coaching diary based around your coaching activity of 12 hours minimum
    · Networking with other group members is encouraged for more support
