Programme This programme delivered by Learning and Development in partnership with Roffey Park Institute is for senior public sector leaders across Kent who will be charged with working in partnership with other Kent agencies facing forthcoming challenges. Kent will depend on dynamic, innovative and ambitious leaders who have the ability to adopt a cross sector organisational perspective, secure political trust, and engage in trusting and lasting partnerships. The Chartered Diploma in Company Direction Qualification

The Institute of Directors in collaboration with Kent Learning and Development are delivering a Kent based Diploma in Company Direction - the professional qualification for directors. This exciting new initiative is aimed at increasing Director capacity in Kent, developing strong corporate governance and direction that will reassure your investors and stakeholders that their business is being run by professionals.
