Programme This programme delivered by Learning and Development in partnership with Roffey Park Institute is for senior public sector leaders across Kent who will be charged with working in partnership with other Kent agencies facing forthcoming challenges. Kent will depend on dynamic, innovative and ambitious leaders who have the ability to adopt a cross sector organisational perspective, secure political trust, and engage in trusting and lasting partnerships. This programme will commence in September.
