This award aims to equip managers with the knowledge, skills and confident to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role. It is a unique opportunity to become qualified in Coaching & Mentoring and become part of Kent's Coaching Network. This qualification is recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management.
